Cancellation Requests
Returns Policy
- We have a 2 days return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can get it exchanged. All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@sareebuta.com. Requests made via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone calls will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Please ensure that your email includes:
- Order Number
- Clear images of the product
- A detailed description of the issue
This will help us review and process your request efficiently. Once your return is approved, the product must be shipped back to our warehouse address within 2 working days.
- The customer is responsible for sending the product back to our WH in India. Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and are not covered by the company.
- Unboxing video from very beginning is a must for exchange of wrong or damage or defective products.
- For international orders (outside India), customs duty, import duty, and taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of a return or cancellation (where applicable), only the product value will be refunded in the form of store credits. Shipping charges and customs-related fees will not be refunded.
No Refund, Exchange Only Policy
- We offer refunds in form of store credits only.
- Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchase.
- Store credit will be added to your account within 7 days of receiving the return at our warehouse (WH).
